Aurora Capital Group is in the process of selling Mitchell International Inc., a San Diego–based provider of car and property claims software, according to Reuters. FrontStream Payments Inc., a Brentwood, Tenn.-based portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners, has made two acquisitions: GiftWorks, a provider of donor and event management solutions for nonprofits; and Artez Interactive, a provider of multi-channel fundraising solutions for nonprofits and charities. GoDaddy has acquired Locu, a San Francisco-based builder of geographic and contact profiles for local businesses. No financial terms were disclosed, but AllThingsD puts the pricetag at $70 million in cash and stock. Locu had raised around $4.6 million in VC funding from General Catalyst Partners, Lowercase Capital, Lightbank and SV Angel. Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. has agreed to acquire 27% stake in RigNet Inc. (Nasdaq: RNET) from Nordic private equity firm Cubera.
