CVC Capital Partners has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Skrill Group, a London-based provider of online payment solutions for consumers and businesses, from Investcorp for €600 million. Investcorp invested a total of $88 million into Skrill Group, including an original investment in late 2007. Over that time the company’s EBITDA increased from €3.7 million to €50 million. www.skrill.com

Ares Management has expressed interest in acquiring upscale retailer Neiman Marcus, according to Bloomberg. Neiman Marcus currently is in registration for an IPO, but its owners – led by TPG Capital and Warburg Pincus – are known to be running a parallel M&A process.

Ares Management and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan have agreed to acquire CPG International Inc. from AEA Investors for approximately $1.5 billion (including the assumption of around $500 million in debt), according to the WSJ. CPG is a Scranton, Penn.-based building materials company. www.cpgint.com

Authentic Brands Group, a New York-based portfolio company of Leonard Green and Partners, has acquired Spyder Active Sports, a Boulder, Colo.-based maker of outdoor ski and snow apparel, from Apax Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. www.authenticbrandsgroup.com

The Blackstone Group is in talks to acquire a minority stake in Rothesay Life, a British pension insurance business owned by Goldman Sachs, according to the FT. www.blackstone.com

The Blackstone Group has agreed to acquire Hong Kong-based construction firm Tysan Holdings Ltd. (Hong Kong: 687) for US$322.6 million, or HK$2.86 per share (10% premium to previous closing price). www.tysan.com

Hellman & Friedman has acquired a minority stake in CarProof, a Canadian provider of vehicle history reports. No financial terms were disclosed. Jefferies LLC advised CarProof on the transaction.www.carproof.com

HgCapital has acquired E-conomic, a Copenhagen-based SaaS accounting company for SMEs. No financial terms were disclosed. www.hgcapital.net

Highlander Partners has acquired Juice Tyme Inc., a Chicago–based maker of bag-in-box juice and beverage concentrates for use in foodservice dispensing machines, from Encore Consumer Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. Piper Jaffray & Co. advised Juice Tyme on the deal.www.highlander-partners.com

Marlin Equity Partners has acquired WorkOasis, an Atlanta -based provider of SaaS work order, vendor and maintenance management software. No financial terms were disclosed for the deal, which results in WorkOasis being merged with existing Marlin portfolio company Verisae. www.workoasis.com
