TPG Capital has agreed to acquire TSL Education, a London-based educational publisher, fromCharterhouse Capital Partners. The deal is expected to close later this quarter. No financial terms were disclosed, but Reuters reports a value of around £400 million. www.tsleducation.com

BelHealth Investment Partners has acquired Linden Care LLC, a Syosset, N.Y.-based provider of specialty pharmacy services to the pain management industry. No financial terms were disclosed. www.lindencare.com

Intervale Capital has acquired Milam Tool Co., an Oklahoma City-based developer of solid-body centralizers for horizontal well applications. Intervale also has acquired K&M Machine Works, a Houston, Texas-based maker of threaded couplings and other components for the casing accessories market. No financial terms were disclosed for either deal. The assets of both companies will be housed in a new holding company called Benchmark Completions LLC, which will be led by former Weatherford International executive Clayton Plucheck. www.intervalecapital.com

Staple Street Cap
ital has acquired Exterran Canada, a provider of natural gas contract compression and related aftermarket services to energy producers in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin, from Exterran Holdings Inc. (NYSE: EXH). No financial terms were disclosed.www.staplestreetcapital.com

Madison Dearborn Partners
 has agreed to acquire Multi Packaging Solutions, a New York–based supplier of print-based specialty packaging, from Irving Place Capital. No financial terms were disclosed. www.multipkg.com

Riverstone Holdings has committed to invest up to $300 million in equity for Bridger LLC, a Dallas-based oil marketing and midstream logistics company, alongside company management.www.bridgergroup.com

Sun Capital Partners
 has completed its previously-announced acquisition of casual restaurant chainJohnny Rockets from RedZone Capital for an undisclosed amount. www.suncappart.com

TPG Capi
tal has agreed to acquire Envision Pharmaceutical Holdings Inc., a Twinsburg, Ohio–based pharmacy benefit management company with annual revenue in excess of $3.5 billion. No financial terms were disclosed. www.envisionrx.com
