Booker (f.k.a. GramercyOne), a New York–based service management platform for small and mid-sized businesses, has raised $27.5 million in Series B funding. Bain Capital Ventures led the round, and was joined by return backers Revolution Ventures, Grotech Ventures, TDF Ventures and Vital Financial. The company previously raised $14.5 million. www.booker.com

SocialFlow, a New York-based provider of social marketing optimization technology, has raised $10 million in Series B funding. Fairhaven Capital led the round, and was joined by kbs+ Ventures, Rand Capital Corp. and return backers SoftBank Capital, RRE Ventures, AOL Ventures and Betaworks.www.socialflow.com

LearnZillion, a Washington, D.C.–based digital curriculum and professional development platform for teachers, has raised $7 million in Series A funding. DCM led the round, and was joined by O’Reilly Alpha Tech Ventures, NewSchools Venture Fund, Calvert Social Investment Fund and D.C. Community Ventures. The company previously raised $2.4 million in seed funding. www.learnzillion.com

PowerbyProxi, an Auckland, New Zealand-based developer of wireless power solutions for everyday devices, has raised $5 million from TE Connectivity (NYSE: TEL). www.powerbyproxi.com

Fusebill, an Ottawa-based provider of SaaS billing and analytics solutions, has raised $2 million in new VC funding. OMERS Ventures led the round, and was joined by Covington Capital. www.fusebill.com
