Wayfair.com, a Boston-based online retailer of home goods and furnishings, has raised $36.3 million in new equity financing. Backers include Battery Ventures, Great Hill Partners, HarbourVest Partners and Spark Capital. Proceeds will be used to help grow Joss & Main, the company’s private sale site for the home. www.wayfair.com

Coveo, a Quebec-based provider of social enterprise search solutions, has raised C$18 million in new VC funding. Tandem Expansion Fund led the round, and was joined by return backers BDC Venture Capital, Propulsion Ventures SEC and Fonds de solidarité FTQ. www.coveo.com

Udemy, a San Francisco-based online education marketplace, has raised $12 million in Series B funding. Insight Venture Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Lightbank, MHS Capital and Learn Capital. www.udemy.com

MoMinis, an Israeli mobile game developer, has raised $6 million in Series B funding. Gemini Israel Ventures led the round, and was joined by return backer BRM Group. www.mominis.com

Bicycle Therapeutics, a UK-based biotherapeutics startup, has raised £3.75 million in a tranched VC funding round. Astellas Venture Management was joined by return backers Atlas Venture, Novartis Venture Fund, SR One and SV Life Sciences. www.bicycletherapeutics.com

Wright Therapy Products Inc., a Pittsburgh-based provider of home-based solutions for patients suffering from lymphedema and venous insufficiency, has raised $3 million in Series B funding. Most investors were high-net-worth individuals affiliated with Eagle Ventures. www.wrighttherapy.com

Mine, a new online and mobile app for tracking people and their purchases, has raised $600,000 in seed funding from Harrison Metal Capital. www.getmine.com

Zopa, a UK-based P2P lending marketplace, has raised an undisclosed amount of Series C funding from Bessemer Venture Partners, Augmentum Capital and Wellington Partners. The company previously raised nearly $34 million. www.uk.zopa.com
