Navent, a Latin American online real estate and employment classifieds company, has raised $30 million in Series B funding from Riverwood Capital and Tiger Global Management.www.naventgroup.com

Vuclip, a Milpitas, Calif.-based provider of mobile video delivery solutions, has raised $13 million in Series D funding. SingTel Innov8 led the round, and was joined by return backers New Enterprise Associates and JAFCO Ventures. www.vuclip.com

Percolate, a New York-based SaaS company that “helps brands create content at social scale,” has raised $9 million in Series A funding. GGV Capital led the round, and was joined by seed backer First Round Capital. www.percolate.com

This Technology Inc., a New York-based provider of dynamic video advertising insertion software, has raised $7.5 million in Series A funding led by General Catalyst Partners. www.thistech.com

Remedy Informatics, a Salt Lake City-based provider of registries for healthcare and life science research, has raised around $6 million in venture funding from the Merck Global Health Innovation Fund. www.remedyinformatics.com

Sync.me, a social contacts management app for iPhones, has raised $4 million in VC funding from undisclosed investors, according to TechCrunch. www.smartsync.me

HomeLight, a San Francisco-based platform that matches homebuyers and sellers with real estate agents, has raised $1.5 million in VC funding. Backers include Google Ventures, Crosslink Capital and Innovation Endeavors. www.homelight.com

MAZ Digital Inc., a New York-based digital publishing platform for tablet and mobile devices, has raised $1 million in seed funding led by Expansion Venture Capital. www.mazdigital.com

Always Prepped, a Washington, D.C.-based developer of classroom data management for the K-12 market, has raised $650,000 in seed funding from True Ventures and individual angels.www.alwaysprepped.com

UpThere
, a stealthy cloud startup from ex-Apple exec Bertrand Serlet, has raised an undisclosed amount of VC funding from Google Ventures, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and the partners of Elevation Partners. www.upthere.com
