An unincorporated town in the southwest region of Las Vegas Valley, Enterprise is one of the fastest-growing areas in the U.S. The construction of the 215 Beltway provided a direct line of access to Las Vegas proper, making it an appealing spot for families looking to settle down nearby.

It has a more rural feel compared with the chaos and bright lights of Sin City, but with a lot of new developments alongside its population growth (245,322 residents to date). Two master-planned communities, Mountain’s Edge and Southern Highlands, have brought many homes to the area. Both are full-fledged communities with their own parks, tennis courts, and green spaces to enjoy. Southern Highlands even has a golf club and its own shopping center.

South of Mountain’s Edge is Exploration Peak Park, which has walking and biking trails leading to a scenic view of Las Vegas Valley and an eclectic western-themed playground for kids to explore, complete with an archaeological dig site.

Enterprise is expected to continue to grow with more residential projects, as well as the planned construction of a new Brightline train station running from Las Vegas to Los Angeles, with Enterprise directly in its path.
