Revathi Advaithi

For seven years, Revathi Advaithi has been leading the contractor manufacturer Flex. Over that time, she has successfully transformed the business—so much so, that she’s taking over a new one. In early May, Flex announced that it will spin off its cloud and power infrastructure segment into a new, independent, publicly traded company. That segment had grown 38% year over year to $6.6 billion, delivering power and thermal management technologies for AI data centers. Advaithi will be the CEO of the new business upon completion of the transaction, taking her role from a $27.9 billion manufacturer to a smaller, but critical, business at the center of the AI economy.
