Jennifer Taubert runs Johnson & Johnson’s $60 billion Innovative Medicine business, and in 2025 she led one of pharma’s largest portfolios through a major transition. As J&J lost its exclusive hold on Stelara, one of its biggest-selling autoimmune drugs, Taubert helped shift momentum toward newer medicines, including Tremfya for inflammatory diseases, Rybrevant and Inlexzo for cancer, and Spravato for treatment-resistant depression. Arguably, Taubert’s biggest success over the past 12 months has been dealmaking: She was a key figure in more than 50 external partnerships and two acquisitions, including the $14.6 billion purchase of Intra-Cellular Therapies, which was the year’s largest biopharma deal. Taubert is known as a commercially disciplined leader and one of J&J’s most important executives as the company builds its next generation of blockbuster medicines.
