Delphine Arnault took over Christian Dior Couture in February 2023 and has spent the three years since navigating one of luxury’s most consequential creative and commercial transitions. She inherited a house with robust revenue growth, then steered it through a global luxury slowdown that saw full-year Christian Dior Group revenues slip 4.5% to roughly $90 billion in 2025. Her most consequential bet has been creative: In 2025, Arnault appointed Jonathan Anderson as creative director, making Anderson, formerly of Loewe, the first designer since Christian Dior himself to oversee both men’s and women’s collections. Arnault, a former McKinsey consultant, also sits on the board and executive committee of LVMH, parent of Christian Dior Couture, which is run by her father, LVMH chairman and CEO Bernard Arnault.
