Anna Manz joined Nestlé as CFO in March 2024, stepping into one of the most turbulent stretches in the company’s modern history. Within 18 months, Manz, who previously worked as CFO of London Stock Exchange Group, was navigating an abrupt CEO transition while managing a full-scale strategic reset of the world’s largest food and beverage company. Manz became a chief communicator to investors during this period, helping make the company’s case for refocusing around four core businesses: coffee, pet care, nutrition, and food and snacks. The 2025 full-year results reflected some early progress: organic growth of 3.5%—an acceleration from 2.2% in 2024—with free cash flow clocking in above guidance. Yet sales and net profit decreased 2% and 17% respectively. Manz expects the overhaul to gain momentum in 2026.
