Lynn Martin

Lynn Martin is president of NYSE Group, which operates the New York Stock Exchange; she assumed that role in 2022. Along with running the world’s largest stock market, she chairs the fixed income and data services segment of NYSE owner Intercontinental Exchange—a business unit she built out of the company’s 2015 acquisition of Interactive Data Corp. That segment now accounts for nearly a quarter of ICE’s overall business, generating a record $596 million in revenue during the first quarter of 2025. In March, NYSE Texas became the first securities exchange to operate in Texas, with Trump Media & Technology Group becoming its first listing. Martin started her career as a computer programmer at IBM before joining what would become the NYSE’s derivatives business in 2001. She is a board member at the Partnership for New York City, the Inner-City Scholarship Fund, and Manhattan College.
