Kathy Warden

Kathy Warden became chair, CEO, and president of aerospace and defense company Northrop Grumman in 2019. She oversees nearly 100,000 employees and has grown net sales to $41 billion in 2024, up 4.1% from 2023. Under her leadership, Northrop Grumman is expanding its U.S. manufacturing footprint, now up to 30 million square feet; it has also been investing heavily in microelectronics and artificial intelligence, announcing a partnership with Nvidia to speed up its integration of AI into its defense systems.
