At Elevance Health, she oversees more than 100,000 associates who serve 112 million people. The 2024 operating revenue of $175 billion was up 3% from the previous year, despite taking a serious hit in the fourth quarter amid higher medical costs in the safety-net Medicaid program. In 2024 Elevance also launched a national primary care delivery platform, Mosaic Health, to nearly 1 million consumers across 19 states, and acquired CareBridge. Finally, Elevance Health has been recognized as a Great Place to Work by Fortune since 2021, with 83% of associates—who logged a record-setting 280,000 hours of volunteer work last year—in agreement.
