Roshni Nadar Malhotra

Roshni Nadar Malhotra is the chairperson of HCL Technologies, an Indian technology services company with a $48 billion market cap. Malhotra’s father, Shiv Nadar, founded the company in 1976 and is still the majority shareholder. After a career as a TV news producer, Malhotra returned to a role in the family business in 2008. Within a year she was made CEO and executive director; she took over as chairperson in July 2020, stepping aside as CEO.
