Revathi Advaithi

Revathi Advaithi became CEO of the manufacturing company Flex in February of 2019. She sits on the boards of Uber, Catalyst, and the MIT Presidential CEO Advisory Board. Since 2023, over 1,800 Flex employees have received technical and functional skills training. Under Advaithi’s leadership, the company added a new learning center in Guadalajara, Mexico. In January, Flex completed a tax-free spinoff of Nextracker, the solar tracker and software provider, returning $3.5 billion to shareholders. For the 2024 fiscal year, Flex reported revenue of $26.4 billion, not including Nextracker contributions. This year’s revenue dropped $2.1 billion from 2023 fiscal year revenue of $28.5 billion. Flex’s annual adjusted operating margins hit a record high of 4.8%, as did the company’s earnings per share at $2.15.
