Phebe Novakovic

Phebe Novakovic has been chairman and CEO of General Dynamics since 2013. She is chairman of the board at the Association of the United States Army and sits on the boards of JPMorgan Chase, the Center for Strategic and International Studies, and the National Military Family Association. In 2023, the aerospace and defense company brought in $42.3 billion in revenue. A key driver for the company looking ahead will be its subsidiary, the business jet and military equipment maker Gulfstream. Certification for the Gulfstream G700 was delayed for over a year and a half, which had an impact on sales and earnings.
