The world is waiting for Canva to go public, but cofounder and CEO Melanie Perkins doesn’t seem to be in any rush. Her 11-year-old startup, which allows users to easily create social media graphics, slide decks, and other design-based materials, offered a billion-dollar secondary stock sale for employees and investors earlier this year. The company, valued at $26 billion, remains the world’s highest-valued startup both founded and led by a woman.
