Since stepping into her position just after fellow Johnson & Johnson executive committee member Jennifer Taubert in July 2018, McEvoy oversees a $27 billion business that makes up 35% of J&J’s total revenue. In early 2019 she spearheaded the division’s $3.4 billion acquisition of digital surgery startup Auris Health. Medical devices is the only J&J business to report directly to CEO Alex Gorsky.
