When Bank of America needs to navigate a thorny political or ethical path, Finucane takes the wheel. Perhaps the 14-year company veteran’s biggest recent accomplishment: BofA’s own Brexit. Under Finucane’s leadership as chairman of the European business, the bank moved its corporate-lending operations in the market—some 4,000 employees and $60 billion in assets—from tumultuous London to stable Dublin.
