Rosenfeld hit a speed bump in August when she abandoned her pursuit of Hershey. With the failed Hershey bid, some think Mondelez could be a takeover target itself. About 75% of sales come from outside North America, but growth in key emerging markets is slowing. Revenues were down 13.5% last year, in large part from unfavorable currency conversions.
