Fraser is on the move at Citi. The Edinburgh native got a major promotion in May 2013 when she was named the head of Global Mortgages. After overhauling the struggling unit, she picked up another big job in March when CEO Michael Corbat named her head of the bank’s U.S. consumer and commercial banking division. Fraser is one of only two women on Citi’s operating committee.
