In her first year on the job in 2018, Francisco posted the best net sales, profit, and productivity numbers that the feminine care business had seen in a decade. Combined, baby care and feminine care had net sales of $12.1 billion. She also leads the charge on several initiatives at P&G aimed at social change. Internally, she has taken her baby care leadership team from 70% men to an even split between men and women in just 12 months. Externally, she spearheaded a Pampers initiative launched in 2019 that wants to put thousands of changing tables in men’s restrooms across North America in an effort to address one of the many gendered parts of parenting.
