In her first year on the job in 2018, Francisco posted the best net sales, profit, and productivity numbers that the feminine care business had seen in a decade. Combined, baby care and feminine care had net sales of $12.1 billion. She also leads the charge on several initiatives at P&G aimed at social change. Internally, she has taken her baby care leadership team from 70% men to an even split between men and women in just 12 months.
