Arundhati Chakraborty heads Accenture's Finance Reinvention Partner unit, created in a March 2026 reorganization that split the firm's services division into seven AI-centric "Reinvention Partners." She also leads its global capability centers practice and India business, and sits on the Global Management Committee. After previous roles at companies including Target and Citibank, she joined Accenture in 2013, rising to group chief executive of Accenture Operations in 2024, a business that employs over 220,000 people.
