Karen Carter

Karen Carter oversees Dow’s global operations, including its three main business segments as well as supply chain, purchasing, information systems, and commercial functions. She previously led Dow’s packaging and specialty plastics segment, a business with annual sales of more than $23 billion. Carter joined Dow in 1994 and has held leadership roles across sales, marketing, and human resources, with international assignments in the Asia Pacific region.
