Jonathan Gray

Since he was appointed chief operating officer in 2018, Jon Gray has helped more than double Blackstone’s assets under management to $1.2 trillion while expanding the firm’s global client base. Previously, he led Blackstone’s real estate business, building it into the world’s largest owner of commercial real estate. He serves on Blackstone’s board of directors and has been chairman of the board of Hilton Worldwide since 2007.
