Andrew Macdonald

Andrew Macdonald is Uber’s president and chief operating officer—the first person to hold the role since 2019—overseeing the company’s global mobility and delivery businesses, as well as advertising, customer support, and its autonomous-vehicle strategy. He previously led Uber’s mobility operations across more than 70 countries, spanning ride-sharing, taxis, micromobility, and rentals. Macdonald joined Uber in 2012 as its first general manager in Toronto.
