Goldman Sachs scored high in gender equality and board expertise. The board of the investment banking giant is led by Adebayo O. Ogunlesi, who is the chairman and managing partner of private equity firm Global Infrastructure Partners and before that was an executive at Credit Suisse. Former president of Harvard University Drew G. Faust is on Goldman’s board, as is Michele Burns, the former CFO of Marsh & McLennan Cos. and CEO at Mercer, the human resources consultancy; Ellen J. Kullman, former CEO of DuPont; and Jan E. Tighe, a former vice admiral of the Navy, where she was deputy chief of naval operations for information warfare and director of naval intelligence.
