Coming out to his coworkers in the '80s was his “best career decision ever" says van't Noordende. As CEO of multinational HR consulting firm Randstad, he champions workplace equity and drives impactful change in the global labor market. He also serves as a board member for LGBT workplace equality organization Out & Equal. Previously, he spent three decades at Accenture, rising through the ranks to become the chief executive.
