Julia Hoggett

Before taking the helm at the London Stock Exchange, Hoggett's career included stints at banking giants including JP Morgan, DEPFA Bank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She’s spent much of her career as a vocal advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and launched the first-ever recruitment event in the City of London for LGBTQ+ students. In April 2021, she was appointed as Chief Executive of the London Stock Exchange, making her the first LGBT+ leader of a major world stock exchange.
