Eugenio Pirri

Pirri began his hotel career when he was 18 years old as a cleaner. Over the course of 30 years, he worked his way through various departments and divisions—over 18 roles, four divisions, eight hotels and seven countries. He is currently Co-CEO of Dorchester Collection as well as “a proud gay man”. Being gay has “given me an innate ability to read people and situations ensuring comfort and a sense of belonging,” Pirri said in a recent interview.
