Crystal Pacific Window & Door Systems was founded in 2012 by Thomas Chen who immigrated to the U.S. from Taiwan in 1982. It manufactures and distributes quality, energy efficient residential and commercial vinyl and aluminum window and door products for the remodeling, new construction, and property management markets in California and neighboring states. It operates a 116,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in the under-resourced Riverside area and has grown to employ 100 employees. Additionally, the company aims to engage local suppliers and service providers, further amplifying its impact on the local economy.
