FASTSIGNS of Downtown Oakland and FASTSIGNS of Hayward are Linda Fong's locally and independently owned and operated sign, graphics and visual communications centers that provide comprehensive visual marketing solutions to customers of all sizes to help them attract more attention, communicate their message, sell more products, and extend their branding across all their customer touchpoints. Having grown up in Oakland, Fong knew what an opportunity she had when she opened her first location downtown in 1995 and was not surprised by the city’s recent growth. Since recovering from the recession in 2014, Fong’s two sales offices and centralized production facility have tripled staff numbers and more than doubled its sales over the last 5 years. The company culture is one where the team treats everyone as if they are the best and most valued client. Fong believes in coaching people to their potential and not just their current skill levels. Fong is proud to see the thought process each team member brings to their work in their creativity and initiative in constantly fine-tuning their systems, processes, and procedures.
