Amber Green Corporation
Amber Green Corporation (AGC) is a second generation, woman-owned, high end hospitality company with a core focus of in-flight catering for the private aviation industry and commercial long-haul international sector. AGC also has retail outlets, a corporate catering division, large event division, and a Food Service Management division concentrating on Class A office buildings and school cafeterias. AGC benefits from being located near the main airport in Houston, which puts them close to their aviation clients. AGC uses their own acronym, “CATCH,” to represent their core values: Customer driven, Accountable, Team work, Competitive and Honesty. The company culture remains family oriented, despite having over 150 employees and focuses very heavily on food safety and quality. The company president, Ursula den Herder, her son and CEO Greg den Herder, and his wife Sara, (ERP Director) are very much involved with day-to-day operations and work closely with all employees.
