Molly Schemper, owner of FIG Catering, tries to foster a work culture that reflects the events her company caters: “laid-back and fun.” In an industry often known for long hours and stressful situations, Schemper has worked to maintain a positive environment and to foster her employees’ passion for the business; two former employees have even gone on to launch their own companies.
