Co-founders Bobby Mullins and Carl Seastrand met in the Navy and decided to form an engineering and technical/professional services provider that leveraged the skills they’d built in the military while creating jobs for fellow veterans. Today, Quality Innovative Solutions employs over 80 full-time workers, two-thirds of whom have served. The federal government is a primary client.
