While Riley and Lauren Sheehan were honeymooning on a beach in 2003, they concluded that the traditional ad agency model—based on big launches and built around silos—was at odds with an increasingly digital, fast-moving world. From this, they founded Merge Design + Interactive, designed with a fluid culture and mindset to meet the ever-evolving needs of their clients.
