Frankonia Fine Wines founder, Patsy Dubret, secured one of the first SBA loans in Louisiana following Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Since then, she and her son, Nick Selby, have expanded the wine, spirits, and beer distributor’s business from local stores and restaurants to big-box retailers like Costco.
