Durante Rentals, LLC

A lawyer by training, John Durante launched Durante Rentals with his cousin as a side project during the 2008 recession, but it took off so rapidly that he left his practice to focus totally on the company, which rents construction and industrial equipment. The majority of Durante’s 50 employees started with no industry experience and rose through the ranks thanks to mentoring and guidance from colleagues.
