Premier Organics

Oakland-based Premier Organics was founded in 2002 by Santiago Cuenca-Romero. Cuenca- Romero was enthralled by peanut butter when he came to the U.S. from Spain and realized that he could apply his previous background in meat grinding to creating nut butters, such as those made from almonds or cashews.
