Bills Khakis

Founder and CEO Bill Thomas fell in love with a pair of original World War II khakis he discovered at an Army surplus store when he in college. In 1990, he moved back to Reading, Pa. to build a business that today sells khakis and other apparel items in over 500 men's specialty stores in the United States. All of the firm's goods are manufactured in American factories.
