After a rough start this season (5.28 ERA), Sabathia is now out with a knee injury, perhaps until July. The trusty ace is due $23 million next year, too, and then $25 million in 2016 and 2017. He's one of the marquee names to have signed with Jay Z's young agency Roc Nation Sports, so perhaps some new endorsement deals are on the horizon.
