"My favorite thing about Ultimate Software is the culture. There is always something going on. Since I joined last June, there’s a new hire lunch every month. We had a huge Halloween celebration with skits done by Ultimate Software employees, a big moon-bounce obstacle course for the Everyday Superheroes, and a pig roast for our UCloud team. For almost every major holiday, Ultimate goes out of its way to make it special. When I joined as a new hire, we spent two full days with all the other new hires, and we all met our CEO and other top executives. I’m sure there are other things that I’m missing, but only because there are too many to remember."

 

"Since I’m young, I don’t use the health insurance much, but Ultimate does pay 100% of the premium for every employee and their family members. However, for me, I love that Ultimate offers an awesome 401(k) plan, with Ultimate matching our contributions at 40%, on as much as you want contribute! I’ve never seen any other company come close to matching as much as Ultimate."
