The design software company’s last “month of impact” in May 2015 engaged roughly 1,300 workers in packing 85,000 meals, removing 400 pounds of garbage, and assembling 60 prosthetic hands. For every ten hours that employees volunteer, they receive a $100 gift card from the business to donate to the charity of their choice.
