The insurance company believes it has a role to play in improving the quality of life in Oklahoma City, where it is headquartered. Last year, employees raised nearly $260,000 for the local United Way campaign and the corporate foundation kicked in another $200,000. “Oklahoma City is a great city but we have significant challenges in regards to our school system, hunger, child abuse and neglect, and an over-populated prison system,” says Jessica Sanders, who manages the field compensation and training team.
