"We have a very liberal and flexible plan for how we can accumulate and use time off for vacations, holiday or sick time. We are allowed to use this time whenever we want as long as we are able to meet our customers requirements. We don't have to request time off through a formal process. The environment is one where you know what you need to get done and if you can met those tasks while also taking time away from the office you are allowed to do so.
