“This organization truly cares about its employees. It has increased the amount of paid-time off once an employee has a child. It has expanded bereavement to cover every possible family member. It still offers tuition reimbursement. It has a flexible policy that allows team members to transfer if a position becomes available within six months of employment, which may work better for the individual for work-life balance. This is whether it is school or life situations. The company and management team really does care,” says one employee. Read the Great Place to Work review here.
