“I think Baird does a great job when it comes to balance of home and work life. Employees have the flexibility when it comes to attending a child’s school event, leaving early for a doctor’s appointment, etc. In turn, employees don’t take advantage of that or let it effect their work. There is a team atmosphere; everyone is cross-trained and can step in and help out when needed so financial advisors never feel like they have to wait to get something done.
