“Continuous Improvement: We have added this into our Code of Ethics since I have started with the organization and it seems to influence everything. From interpersonal/departmental agendas such as multiple company parties in different locales since we operate from Idaho Falls to Albuquerque or internal chat options for help in our intranet to better assist members. Also in the products and services we offer to members seem to continually improve. Just recently our mobile product started to utilize retinal scanning to login on a mobile phone for increased security,” says one employee.
