When the pandemic hit, Shoukry helped steer Raymond James through the once-in-a-lifetime crisis. The 37-year-old chief financial officer, among the youngest Fortune 500 CFOs, was able to quickly secure a $500 million debt offering to shore up the St. Petersburg financial services firm. And Shoukry, the executive sponsor of the company’s multicultural inclusion network, Mosaic, helped lead the firm’s response to the killing of George Floyd this spring and its pledge to hire more Black employees. Shoukry joined Raymond James after graduating with an MBA from Columbia Business School.
